Нет, вообще ничего. Может быть "abuse"-ом они называют просто любую
задачу так? Типа название issue/ticket tracker? Само письмо прикладываю
ниже, секретов там нет.
Снова перечитал: единственное что хоть как-то идентифицирует знание обо
мне это "SM10328-GANDI", который где-то точно публично доступен. Никаких
DKIM-ов даже, не говоря о OpenPGP подписи, хотя я точно помню что они
где-то давали свой OpenPGP ключ для связи с ними. Это даже без
использования TLS во время SMTP сессии было отправлено (сужу по
заголовкам письма, куда Postfix прописывает эту информацию при приёме).
Ну и самое главное, почему я решил что это точно не "валидное" письмо, а
спам/подделка -- в web-интерфейсе есть директория с сообщениями от
Gandi, в которой вся их реклама была, которая и попадала мне на почту.
То есть, всё что я получал на почту -- было видно и через
(TLS-authenticated) web-интерфейс. А тут -- нету этого письма там. Но
оно оказалось действительно от них и поэтому через какое-то время они
сделали так, что для моих доменов перестала отдаваться информация о DNS
серверах (glue record-ы).
